Sweetgreen's Spicy Cashew Dressing

I have never been convinced that I could re-create a Sweetgreen salad. Whatever it is they use in their flavoring is straight-up addictive. So much so that I sometimes I make my own salad, take it for lunch and find myself guiltily ordering sweetgreen for pick up.

That is, until I discovered that the secret, oh so addictive, flavor is nutritional yeast! Have you heard of it yet? If not, go buy some. Flavor everything you eat with it. It tastes like eating Dorito Cool Ranch chip but, on everything.
